Default .17 hmr bullet question

i have a savage .17 hmr with a bull barrel and a bsa sweet .17 scope mounted on it. ive got it sighted dead on at 100 using 17grain bullets. ive been thinking of trying the 20grain bullets but didnt know how much it would change my scope, since the scope is mage for .17grain shells.??

The bullet will hit low about 2 1/2-3" at 100 yards.

I should have prefaced what I said with the ballistic information shows the difference. I have always shot the 17 grain V-Max and have no actual experience with the 20 grains.
