Default Did Santa???

Leave anyone that long narrow box that we all look for?? Santa brought me a new 700 ADL synthetic 22-250 with a Bushnell Banner 4x12 scope. I have never owned a 22-250 and I have not tried any Banner scopes for years. The used to be a good scope, hope they still are. It is very clear and has adjustable objective. Can,t wait to try it out but the weather here is not to nice for sighting in a new rifle. I have had 223,s and 22 Hornets but never a 22-250. Hope you all had a good XMAS.

Santa left me an in-line muzzle loader. CVA Hunterbolt Magnum 209/26. Last year was the first year that PA had a season where you could use something other than a flintlock. I'm going into the woods next year with more confidence. That's a good Christmas present.

A new Remington 700 Adl Synthetic in 30-06. Can't wait to try it out, but the 20 degree temps and 6 inches of snow we got on christmas eve makes it kind of rough. I hope everyone has a happy new year.

Wife musta been real happy with the goodies Santa left her. She signed off on me buying that Savage 30-06 combo this morning, even though Santa left me a whole passle of Craftsman tools. It's cold out, but I'll be out in the woods tomorrow morning.

A 1954 Model 70 Standard Grade in 300 H & H that was still in the hands of the original owner. It is unaltered except for a set of scope mounts the make of which I don't know & is in about 85 to 90 % condition (depending in how critical you are) The blueing is excellent with some wear around the floor plate. The wood has a few minor marks but no gouges or scratches. The barrel looks like new. It also came with a set of dies and a bag of brass. The old guy quit hunting about 10 years ago and said he was happy to find a good home for his rifle...not as happy as I am. Ho Ho Ho. gg.
