Default Do I expect to much ?

Do I expect to much of my gun and of myself in the field and at the range ? I'm one of thse guys that just has to tune a load till it will make oneragged hole then get as much out of it as I can inside a half dollar with my rifles . It annoies me no end that both of my Ruger revolvershave 1 chamber that blows my 3" 50 yard groups . By hunting season I feel that at 100 should be shooting less than 6 " off hand and under 3 sitting knowing that my rifle will shoot 1.5. My pistol should be inside the ribs of that paper plate at 50 without the 6th round . Yes I marked the chamber .
Are my standards to high ????
