Default RE: accuerizing a rifle??????????

By accurizing a rifle, various small improvements may be made to a rifle to improve performance. Such include free-floating the barrel, bedding, andlightening the trigger pull. Some guns get great group improvements from this, some have no effect at all, and in rare cases, negative effects.

In my 26+ years,I have never experienced a negative impact on rifle's accuracy directly related to work I have performed on said rifle. Basically,I can sum it up to doing the handwork and blueprinting that the factory cannot afford to do unlizing mass production systems involving tolerences.
I will let others, more skilled in words explain this.

ok accurizing can go as far as your wallet can reach, starts out with a basic trigger job, glass bedding the action, floating the barrel.
This is the standard way of accurising a factory rifle, if utmost accuracy is on the list you start by breaking down the rifle, lapping the recoil lugs, truing the bolt face, and squaring the face of the reciever, now you have about 235.00 plus the cost of the action involved, you may as well buy a good barrel, after the barreled action is built, then you can skim bed the action, (or pillar bed if its a heavy barrel) so now you have the best rifle you can get for around 1500 bucks. or you can opt for a new trigger, better, stronger, lighter more ergonomic stock, an aluminum bedding block, ect, ect. at this point a very slight amount of additional accuracy costs alot!
