A GUN IS ONLY AS GOOD AS THE SCOPE THATS ON IT. I HAVE A REMINGTON
11-87 12 GAUGE WITH THE CANTILEVER/RIFLED BARREL, AND ITS TOPPED OFF WITH A 3-9X40 LEUPOLD VX-II, ALSO I HAVE A MOSSBERG 835 12 GAUGE, AND A MOSSBERG 500 20 GAUGE BOTH RIFLED/CANTILEVER THEY BOTH HAVE A BUSHNELL TROPHY SERIS 3-9X40. OF COURSE THE LEUPOLD IS A WAY BEETER SCOPE, AND IS OF COURSE BACKED BY THE COMPANY FOR THE LIFETIME OF SCOPE, EVEN IF SOMEONE ELSE OWNS IT YEARS FROM NOW. ALSO I HAVE NIKON BUCKMASTER SERIS 3-9X40 ON MY MUZZLELOADER, CLEAN, CRISP SCOPE.

LEUPOLD: $269.00
BUSHNELL: $ 100.00
NIKON: $200.00

Thanks Bowhuntercop....Another question for ya....Why the 11-87 ??? Mostly because of the 3 to 3 1/2 in mag shells????

i used to have my leupold variX-II 3-9X40mm on my rem 1100. did good with the recoil. just took it off because ammo to expensive and my shots really did not warrant spending $12.00 for 5 rounds.
