I was looking at getting a burris Fullfield II for my deer rifle. I think it is a 3.5-14X44 for around 350$, any comments, concerns, or other options anyone would reccomend would be appreciated.
Thanks

I recently ordered a Burris Signiture Select in 3-12X 44mm. I wasn't very impressed with the optics, and the ring to adjust the zoom in and out was extremely difficult to turn. I sent it back.
I do hear alot of good reports on the Fullfield ll line.
I have 3 ffII's, a 3-9 on a 243, a 4.5-14 on a 6mm-06, and another 3-9 that will go on a 35 whelen when it is finished. Go for it. Check out <natchezss.com> for prices.
As far as I'm concerned they are excellent scopes for the money. I've got twoof them, one on a Rem 700 Mtn LSS 7mm-08 and one on a Rem 7600 7mm-08.
Both havethe ballistic plex reticle which I havefound to be outstanding!!!! You can sight in dead on at 100 Yds and then use the other aim points at 200 / 300. Haven't tried it on shots over 300 as I will get closer instead.
Check out the BPlex reticle at the Burris site....you'll like it!!

Waaaaay under appreciated. If you have the occasion to shoot long distances, the Ballistic Plex reticle is sensational. Great value and solid performance. I wouldn't trade my Burris scopes for a Leupold if I were starving. Regards, Rick.
Thx for the great advice, I am going to go with the Burris!!

I have numerous Burris products. Love all them. I have the 4.5x14x44 FF and the 3x12x44 SS. They are both great scopes.....you will not be disappointed.
