50 Cal Shopping List

If I were in the market for a 50 Cal (non muzzloading) rifle and:

I would say to get a barrete .50 cal sniper rifle. First and only time I shot 4 rounds out of one at Ft. Cambpell KY, I got 3 out of 3 in target at 600 meters and 1 in target at the 400 meter target I was suppose to be shooting at.

Isn't the .500 S&W a pistol? I wouldn't think that it recoils too much in rifle format.
A .44 RemingtonMagnum doesn't kick bad in a rifle.
