After reading your posts about which gun you thought would best suit me, I bought a Remington 700 .270 ADL with a laminated stock. I haven't shot the gun yet, and was wondering what grain of bullets should I shoot first for whitetail deer? Also any recommendations on scopes? I could probably spend up to 150 on a scope. Thanks again for all of your help!
Check out ebay for scopes. They have a new Simmons Aetec 3.8-12 X 44 for $150 if you use the buy it now feature. These scopes list in Bass Pro at 190. If you are patient and know what you want you can find even better deals there.
