Default Browning Xbolt

Thinking of pulling the trigger (pun intended) on a stainless / synthetic Browning Xbolt. A gunsmith friend of mine says they're a nice rifle that he never has to work on in the shop. I held one this a.m. & it felt good in my hands. Before I drop a grand on the rifle, what do y'all think of the Xbolts?

Well, I ordered an A-Bolt last year...BASS Pro has one with a stainless barrel and composite stock...Switched trigger springs mounted a Leupold and killed 2-8 pointers with her with 2 shots...

Just didn't care for the looks or feel of the X-bolt...

I own a X-bolt Stainless Stalker in .338 WM.

So, I don't shoot it THAT OFTEN, but I wish all my guns were as good (fit, finish, balance & accuracy)!!!
