I picked up the beretta 9mm and the ruger 45 today from stapelman. He made me an extremely good deal on them both. Then after everything was said and done and the money was in his pocket...he says oh here is some more stuff you might want! He throws in:

1 nice holster for the 45

1 really nice leather shoulder holster and extra mags holder for the 45

1 really nice holster for the 9mm

2 extra 15 round mags for the 9mm

2 extra 8 round mags for the 45

12 boxes of 45 shells

8 boxes of 9mm shells

Drew, you made an extremely good deal an extremely great deal, and you made a friend. You are welcome in my pit anyday! I'm looking forward to hunting with you!

I guess he figured that since he wasn't going to have any use for the holsters and ammo, he'd just give it to you, but it was still nice of him, he could've just sold it on eBay.

Yeah, he was a top notch dude for sure. Myfriend was with me and ask him what he wanted for his safe and he sold him a 21 gun Yokon gold for $300 bucks.

I mean no offense, but being that generous just can't be smart, I mean, if I were you, I would appreciate him a ton, too, but I just don't see how a guy can survive like that, spending a ton of money on top-notch items, and selling them for cheapily leepily?
Doesn't make any sense, still I think we all envy you.

I don't understand what he was thinkin'...I'm just glad I was in the right place at the right time. Only bad thing is, I was going to the Tanner Gun Show tomorrow. My wife told me I better not be thinking about buying anymore guns with the baby on the way![:@]I'm still gonna go see if I can trade something!!!
