Default Another thumbs up for my local shop!!!

My best friend came over for the weekend and said he wanted a shotgun for HP. He remembered I had such good luck with my shop he wanted me to take him there. We went in and the owner helped him pick out a little 18" Charles Daily 12ga. The list was $219 but it was marked down to $199 when my buddy said he would take it the owner said since it was his last one he'd take 20% more off price for him. He said that AFTERmy friendhad said he would buy it at the price listed! Now my friend can't wait to come visit again just to go back to the store. I'm tellin ya this guy is awsome!

Sounds a lot like my lady. She charged me 3 dollars to drive out a pin on my Mini 14 and replace the front sight with a flash hider and then replace the pin. It didn't seat right so I took it back and she fixed it at no additional charge.

She spent over 3 hours on it the second time. I'm not sure what was wrong with it.

But I tried to tip her rather healthily but she wouldn't take it. When she turned her back I dropped it in her tool box and walked out the door with my rifle. As I was leaving the shop in my truck she came running out and flagged me down, tossed it in the window and said I needed gas money for the second trip out there.

Fine lady.

Yea i love little gun shops. I live around the corner from mine and they are great people in there. Every time im in there i come out with something free. If i buy ammo i get as many targets asi need for free. I buy a gun he gives me 2 boxes of the ammo of my choice and free scope mounting/bore sighting and free minor gunsmithing for a year. He is a great guy and is wife is also a great person.
