Default Rossi Question???

I Have a rossi.22/.410 matched pair. I want a muzzleloader and i know rossi makes them for matched sets but ninstead of buying a different gun can i just buy a .45 or .50 cal. muzzleloader barrel for it for deer hunting? help is greatly appreciated.!!!!!!
