Default AMADEO ROSSI 92 SRC

New to the forum and glad I found it. I have a ROSSI 92 in 357 caliber. I have shot many rounds through this rifle and it has proven to be very dependable as well as acurate. My question is this. Is this an effective rifle for hog huntin ? I live in southeast Texas and most shots taken are within 50 yards in heavy brush. My friends are scoffing at the idea that A hog can be taken with this rifle.

Just put the bullet in the ear. You can easily do that with the .357 at 50 yards. Used to have a Rossi 92 in .357 about 30 years ago. Sold it to a guy who has killed dozens of deer with it.

Never been a problem. Thank for the reply. New to this site and just finding my way around.
