Mossyoak33 on here got his muzzleloader dipped, very nice job. If I can find a 24" barrel for gold 3.5" stalker, I am sending it down to get done.

www.camoent.com does a good job they have a video that you can watch on there web-site on how its done I got a gun done a few years ago but I sold that gunI really regret that mistake I'm planning on sending my Rem. 700 XCR in 300WSM to get camo dipped I'll post pictures when I get it back

Yea, you get to the point where you ask if its worth it. For example, I have a 870 express I use as a general duck backup and turkey gun. I thought about getting it dipped, but I can get a new 870 for 220 dollars.Dipping is not much less than that. You ask yourself, do I really want to dump 200 (after shipping) into an 870. Especially when you can find 870 camo'd on sale for 300-350 dollars.

When I read the title of the thread I thought you wanted to have your body dipped in camo. Then you could hunt naked I guess. However if you ever got lost the searchers would never find you.

yeah I am goign to get a Stoeger Condor as my first O/U and have heard the finish isn't great so I was thinking about getting it dipped but it looks like too much money...thought about trying to do it myself and I figured I would make it even worse...looks like it will just have to stay the same.

I like this dip, but it just wouldn't look the same on a gun.
