Rem 870 Slug Barrel

I am looking to buy a rifled slug barrel for my 870. Any recommendations on which to get? I have looked at the Remington and Hastings barrels. Is 20" to 21" a good length for down range accuracy? I see there are some barrels as long as 26".

I say get the remington slug barrel. I have that same one and like it a bunch. Freinds have that hastings with that goofy muzzlebreak, and I can't say they get that good of accuracy out of them. From what I have seen, they shoot lightfields good, but have trouble with coppersolids and federals. Go figure.

Thanks for the info. I am still doing somem research on the topic. The tar-hunt website seems to have some interesting information. Does anyone know if Lightfield has a website? I was trying to find it, but haven't had much luck.
