Marlin 981T

Does anyone have experience with this rifle? I would like to add a.22 bolt action to my collection and have had good performance from Marlin rimfires. Lemme know what y'all think.

Ive never owned a 981T. I currently own a 882 in .22 Mag and a 917V in .17 HMR and they are both great guns. I wouldnt hesitate to get another Marlin.

I have one and I really like it. The trigger was a little heavy and we filed it and it worked good until we filed it a little too much getting it a little lighter. I put a adjustable trigger on it and it shoots great.

i love that it is basically a model 60 with a bolt. i have been looking at them for about 2 years but im debating between the 981t or a mossberg 802
