What is the better trigger. The regular single stage or the National match 2 stage?

National Match 2 stage. The regular trigger usually breaks around 6-8lbs with lots of creep, overtravel, and everything else that is nasty.

any trigger is better than a stock trigger on an AR. but its personal preferance when it comes to single stage or a 2 stage. i have a JP adjustable single stage trigger and love it . the 2 stage your looking at is a fine choice as well.
