has anyone dealt with returning a gun back to mossberg?? i have a 935 and it would jam on me all the time... I sent it back... do you think they will send a new gun or try to fix it?

I was thinking the same thing the other day !! I have a mossberg semi-auto 12 ga. and for some reason it always double-feeds when it's cold outside. I can't understand why it happens. I have sent it back to mossberg and they said they fixed it, but now it only seems to jam when it's cold outside.(hunting) If i'm at the indoor range and shooting the weapon I never have a problem with the gun double-feeding. Go outside where the weather is cooler and it double feeds right away. At first i thought it was the extractor, but they put a new 1 in and it still happens.
