Where can i find info for a m1 made by plainfeild machine company.Also how rare are these guns,im looking to insure my guns and am looking for an estimated value?
the m1 carbine isnt that rare you can find themjust about atany gun store that sells military surplus. a new carbine is about 650$ a military surplus carbine can be anypricedepending on the shape its in most of the surplus ones i see are 700+$. but that just may be the store but also keep in mind im from new york and every thing is more expensive
Here in Tennessee, I would just go to the gas station, and pick up a copy of, "The Tennessee Trader", and in the sporting goods section, you'll see gun listed there, and you just need to contact the owner, and meet with him, look at the gun, and if you like it, you pay him in cash.
