It has an 11 position rheostat for controlling brightness of the 5 MOA dot. It has a black matte finish. Included are a set of matte finished rings, ocular and objective mirage hoods, a haze filter, lens covers, the batteries in the scope plus an extra set of coin syle batteries, a lens cleaning cloth and owner's manual all in the original box.
