How to adjust a Stevens 200 trigger

Can anyone point me to an article on how to adjust the Stevens 200 trigger? I found articles that say the trigger is and isn't the same as a Savage 110 trigger...

The newer ones can only be adjusted a little while the older ones can be taken down quite a bit.
