Default removing unfired cartridge help

Hello,
I have a question that is rather simple. I have just purchased a new steyr pro hunter mountain ss .30-06 rifle and upon loading the magazine i manually loaded a cartridge into the barrel as well. Now the cartridge is lodged inside the barrel and i cant get it to come back out, i havent tried to much except removing the bolt and that didnt help. I dont want to discharge the arm. Anybody have the solution ?
Thanks for the help,
Josh

Default RE: removing unfired cartridge help

Put bolt back in gun.
Close bolt.
Open bolt.

If that doe not work carefuly insert small wood dowl or cleaning roddown muzzlebe extremely careful and also mindful of the crown.
Push out.
