new england pardner pump

i recently purchased a pardner pump,and like it very well, but i bought a slug barrell (riffled) and i cant get it sighted in, it doesnt seem to make a difference when i move the sight, does anybody familiar with this? or what kind of shells? i shoot winchesters 2 3/4. thanks

THere are several questions that could be asked, but I will start with asking what kind of bullets/slugs are you shooting, and have you tried more than just one brand of slugs? It is really common for slug guns/barrels to "prefer" or shoot certain slugs better and some very poorly.
