Jewell vs. Bushmaster Trigger Assembly
I am building a match grade AR-15 and don't know which way to go with the trigger group. I have been comparing the Jewell trigger assembly with the Bushmaster. I have found that both are the same, as far as 1st stage pull and 2nd stage let-off. However, that is about all I can seem to find out. I am a military firearms instructor, so I am not that familiar with civilian AR-15 products. Could someone please help?

M-16 Teacher,
HOLD THE BUS!!
If your going build a match grade AR-15 rifle and haven't contacted J P Enterprises you've already made a mistake (IMHO) Please don't even think about ANY other trigger for your rifle except the JP.
You can find all of their products on this web site http://www.jpar15.com/index2.htm
Hope you have fun

RE: Jewell vs. Bushmaster Trigger Assembly
M16,
I don't know about Jewells AR-15 triggers, but if they are as good as his bolt gun triggers I would buy one. Arnold Jewells triggers are the best bar none. The only drawback is the price, they tend to be quite expensive.
