Default question for a gunsmith (ruger M77)

Will a barrel for an M77 fit on a M77 Mark II? Need a fast answer.

Yes. It will, of course, need to be checked for headspace. But the threads and shank specs are the same.

If you're thinking of rebarreling that 7mm mag, keep in mind you have a magnum bolt face (larger dia. than '06 case head) in case you are unaware of that

Any gunsmith would probably know this but gotta be carefull putting receiver wrenches on Rugers. ThatCAST receiver, investment cast though it may be, is prone to crack when torqued.
