Default New Handgun

The gun season here in Upstate New York closed yesturday and I already put a deposit down on a new/used handgun for hunting next year. Found a stainless T/C Contender Super 14 with the ported barrel in 7-30 Waters. Going to do the amendment tomorrow and hopefully in a week or so take her to the range. Anyone have any experiance with the gun or caliber? I will probably add a .45lc/.410 barrel soon for rabbit hunting behind the hounds. If anyone hasnt done that it is a great time and I highly recommend it. Thanks.

Josh

Default RE: New Handgun

That sounds like a cool gun. I will be getting a .44 Magnum of some sort this coming year to carry on my hip during hunting season.
