Default CR-10 Question

I am switching my copper solvents from the KleenBore No. 10 Copper Cutter to the Barnes CR-10, does this solvent prevent rust after use like the No. 10?

I don't believe Barnes CR-10 prevents rust; you will have to coat the barrel with some kind of gun oil. Good luck.

NO! It doesn't prevent rust. In fact, if you leave any of it in your boreit will"etch" the bore. The stuff works fine but wipe itdry after use, don't forget the chamber, then run a couple of oil soaked patches through.
