Is a .22 Mag legal in North carolina?
Hey i was looking on a different website and the guys kid and a white tail buck at 75 yards with a .22 magnum. If that even legal in NC? I wouldnt think it would be due to the light weight bullet and pretty much no knock down energy.

It's legal to hunt white tails in Maine with a .22 mag but I'd check out your local laws before hunting with one.

Even if it was legal I would never do it.

The NC regulations do not mention a minimum caliber restriction for deer hunting...
