voere rifles

hi all. has anyone owned, or had much experience, with voere 2155 or 2165 bolt action rifles? how is the accuracy, and workmanship? it looks like a pure 98 mauser action from the photo's i've seen, but i can't find any first hand info on their quality.

i've seen some info that suggests that they were sold in the U.S as "packer ballards" ( or something similar), if that helps anyone.
