Default Rifled Choke use?

I have a Rem 870 12ga, and finally found a rifled choke for it. Although these are intended more for use with sabot slugs, do they also work with 'pumpkin ball' slugs?

Default RE: Rifled Choke use?

You can, but beware as the Pumpkins will really foul up the rifles in the bore. I suggest just sticking with sabots, since that is really what the rifles barrel is designed for.
