found one used from a buddy, said he'll let er go for $250 with scope mounts and rings. theyre actually made by the same company as weatherby. just wonderin if anyone has had experience with these rifles, accuracy, quality etc...for the price is it worth it and what scope would ya recommend thanks alot
Actually howa makes the vanguard for weatherby. They are a well made rifle, and a very good value for the price. As to a scope, the elite 3200 3x9x40 is a good scope for the price.
I have found HOWA to build quality rifles ,(theymake The Vangurad) and have had good results with mine, as it actually shot like a Vanguard as well. I will own another HOWA.
just bought my bushnell elite firefly 3-9x40 off of gunbroker for $191 shipped!!! everywhere else after shipping was $25-$50 more! research pays off cant wait!
