Default Best stock protectant

I am going on a winter caribou hunt and am bringing my rifle that has a laminated thumb hole stock and wanted to know what is the best stock protectant. It is finished with5 layers of tung oil. The weatherconditions are pretty harsh with -20 below temps and alot of snow.

That tung oil is a great protective finish. I use it on my canoe paddles. Make sure you've got barrel channel and the the portion that surrounds the action sealed as well. The laminated stock won't warp, but it might swell and change your poi.
