Default Remington SPR 453

At Bass Pro shop they have the Remington SPR 453 12 ga. 3 1/2 in mag shotgun for $299.99.

What has anybody heard about or know about this gun??

tough as nails shotgun...not the prettiest in my opinion but it is tough as nails...there was a video goign around that someoen threw mud on it and it fired everytime then they just dipped it in a lake and shot it again and it was still firing perfect...of course they did this a couple times...great shotgun

One of the best auto shotguns on the market for the money. It's basically a baikal MP 153 with the remington logo on it.

It's only downside is if it were to break it would be a nightmare to get it serviced or to get parts for most likely.

[align=left]I just found out about these and I can't seem to find one, even at Bass pro or online at any of the larger sites. Anyone know anyplace that might have these in stock? On the mossberg / remington comparison: It seems to me that the remington is a little more versatile. The chamber accepts a variety of shell lengths and not to mention it looks better.
