You have to upload your photos onto a hosting website, such as by creating an account on www.photobucket.com You'll have your own page to load your pics on. When you have loaded the pics onto the web, you'll have URLs and IMG codes under them to copy and paste at your use.
If picture is under a 100 Mb, you can click on the Post Reply Button, or if making a new thread, New Thread button. When the Reply To Message box appears, click on the "Click Here to Upload!" and select the picture. Then click on the Embed picture in post and waallla.
