For that kind of money, I would be looking into a different company.JMHO But I would prefer a Rock River or Stag over these.

I hope they are better than the 22lr pistols made in Texas under the High Standard name

Never heard of them but I can offer a bit of AR shopping advice. Watch carefully when you buy, you want an AR that is actually MIL-SPEC. The cheaper AR's are not and are prone to small bothersome problems. Stag and Rock River Arms (RRA) both make MIL-SPEC and non Mil-SPEC rifles, you will have to pay more for MIL-SPEC but it is worth the money to know you don't have a nice AR shell filled with junk parts. BushMaster is the only company right now that makes all of it's standard ARs to true MIL-SPEC. Honestly I am not impressed by RRA ARs. Not bad but a few cpeap parts here and there that bother me personally.
