Idaho Mule Deer

I'm planning a Idaho mule deer hunt unit 17 for mid November of this year. Will be hunting mule or whitetail depending on the area of the selway I end up hunting. I have hunted eastern whitetail with a 25 WSSM with great sucess. I have a 270 WSM but the groups I shoot with the 25 are real tight at 100 yards. Will be shooying 115 gr NP. will the 25 work out to 200 yds for the larger deer out west. If you don't like the 25 I will keep working on the 270 to improve the shooting groups.

Yes,

It will strike them dead like lightning at 200 yds with that 115 gr NP from pretty much any angle, as long as you are in line with the vitals.
