Default marlin 981 T

does anyone have a 981T? i was thinking about getting one for the fact that they shoot the short long and long rifle. I would use it around the house with CB Longs for shooting rabbits, cats, squirrals etc. for some low noise fun.

are they pretty accurate? i would put a fixed 4x scope on it. how bad do you think i would dirty up the chamber by shooting the shorts since there will be so much head spacing gap?

I have an old one and I like it. I've never shot shorts in it though so I don't know how they will work.
