I use their stocks extensively in my gunshop. They are, from a functional standpoint, about the best stock out there - hold zero extremely well. The action screws are best installed with an inch-pound torque wrench, and I often find it necessary to "skiff" bed the action - even though the one piece aluminum bedding block pretty closely matches the action's contour. This is also the same stock that Remington uses on their VS line of rifles.
Complete rifles are generally regarded as pretty good, although I have never personally owned one.

I would second the comments on the stocks. they are quite good. I've never seen one of their rifles but I would assume that they are a quality product.
I would bet you could have a gunsmith make you as good orbetter rifle than the prohunter for the same or maybe even less money. The HS is essentially a rem. 700 action. I believe they are made "in house", and they use their own barrels. I'm quite certain you could buy a used 700 action, a HS Stock, and a match quality barrel and end up with less money in it.
The Pro hunter retails for around $2,400. You could buy a rem 700 for 6 bills or less, a hs stock for 3, a barrel for 4, and smith work for around 5 that would be in the neighborhood of $1800 to 2K. If you wanted to save a little you could opt for the Bell & Carlson gold medalist stock and save around a $100. The B&C stock is essentially the same as a HS. If you come across a cheap action at a gun show you could save some more $.

I thought about the rem 700 action, their stock, and a barrel from Krieger, but I want an all stainless steel action and I want it chambered for the 338 378 Wby mag. I am new to this but I believe the stainless part is not a problem since Rem makes ss actions, but doesRem makean action that will work with that caliber ?
I'm assuming by thelack ofreplys and the number of looks this was either a very stupid question or a very good one. Anyway, it would be my guess that it can't be done with a Rem action, so I will probably look to HS Precision.
I've only had one HS Precision stock and I wasn't particularly impressed by it. I bought it for a Browning A-bolt 7mm mag. During the first week of ownership a chunk about the size of ahalf dollarflakedoff near the tang. I was going to contact HS and get it replaced, but a friend of mine was interested in that rifle, so I sold it to him instead. Themissingstock piecedidn't affect how the rifle functioned, so he wasn't concerned about it.
HS rifles are very good rifles but be fore-warned. Their magazines are barely long enough to fit a loaded cartridge of those based on the 378 case and many loadingsstill don't fit, especially those loaded with Barnes bullets.

I converted a Remington 700 to .30-378 Wby back in 2001. It required opening the bolt face considerably and using an M-16 extractor - in addition to lengthening/modifying the ejection port, bolt throw, and altering the action to accept a Weatherby magazine box and follower. Guy is still using it with no problems. But for all the work involved, it would have been easier to just buy a Weatherby or a Tikka.
Have you considered the .300 Ultra Mag? It's performance is very close to the .30-378 and is Remington action friendly.
