wife wants a .22

My wife enjoys shooting .22 at target and plinkers. She has asked if I would buy her one but can't seem to decide on what to get her. Any suggestions?

I had this horrible dilema over Mother's Day. She wanted one and I settled in on the Henry Lever action ($200). Those old style lever actions sure are sweet little guns. She loves it! I'm just giddy my wife wanted a .22 for Mother's Day!

I know what you mean huntelk4fun about your wife wanting a gun. I'm feeling the same kind of giddy. I'm surprised she enjoys it as much as she does.

My wife wanted to get into shooting too I took her to the gun store and let her choose her own gun that she liked. she decided on a ruger 10/22 carbine I tried to talk her into something different since I already have 2 ruger 10/22's she said she doesnt like anything else and wanted her very own 10/22 that didnt have all the bells and whistles ive added to mine. I wasnt gonna argue since the 10/22 is a darn good choice. Now her mom wants to get into shooting too except shes very particular about getting a winchester 22 levergun which these days are hard to come by at a reasonable price I tried to show her the henry's and marlins but nope shes being stubborn she only wants a winchester. So I have to find a winchester LOL its all good though, the more women we can interest into shooting sports the better off our 2nd amendment is, Men get your wives and mothers and daughters into shooting sports.
