Default trigger work

hello, i own a winchester model 70 30-06, and i found on the internet instructions on adjusting the trigger pull, the directions sound fairly simple, but i was just wondering if anyone has adjusted theirs and how hard it was or should i just leave it to a gunsmith?

I have done Winchester before,just follow instructions...
