Does anyone know of any high velocity slingshots? Not the cheap ones they sell at Walmart, but some are ok. I had 2 Daisy Ergonomic ones, and they shot good, but both the bands broke and Daisy won't reply about a warranty. I've heard about slingshots that shoot arrows and stuff, but have never seen any anywhere. Thanks for any replies.

I have heard/read of very powerful slingshots. One man hunts exclusively with them, even deer. They're drawn up over the head and can sling 1/2" lead shot through 1/4" boards at 50 yards. I dont know where to find this information again.. but if you figure out where to get one let me know! For now you could try speargun rubber on a regular slingshot frame. I've thought about it.

The Double Eagle and Wrist Rocket Pro interest me, any one have any expierience with them?

I've never owned one personally. The Wrist-Rocket has been around a long time. I remember wanting one as a kid in the 60's or early 70's, but didn't have enough money to order one.

Daisy is gonna refund me $!6 for their broken slingshots, maybe I'll buy a Wrist Rocket, it shouuld be fast enough to terrorize birds with, right?

I believe these things are capable of killing rabbits, so birds wouldn't stand a chance, assuming you can hit one.

I have a pellet gun, and a bb gun, but I like slingshots too.
