Default Still looking

I'm still looking for a 375 H&Hand would like a Interarms Whitworth Express. Even better a barreled action whitworth to which I'd add a mcmillan stock and go hunting! If anyone comes across a rifle or barreled action let me know, please. My e-mail is mark_larita@peoplepc.com thanks

Thanks, I had seen it and have talked to the guy. Its a little over priced and IMO has a cheap scope on it.

Hmmm,

That one has multiple bids on it, so the open market is actively determining its fair market valuein an arms length fashion. Consider selling the scope on eBay to net against your acquistion cost.

I don't know about any place else but around here you'd be hard pressed to give a redfield away. I'll keep looking.

Is it an old Redfield or a newer one. The old ones were second to nothing. I have a 30+ year old one thats been on 338's and my 416 Rem mag just to name a few. Its the old 2x7 Tracker.

That rifle sounds a little high to me as well. However if thats what you want, you won't find one just anywhere.

I think you are going to have to find someone to "take advantage of" or come to grips with the market....

This one sold for $1225 with 29 bids and no scope, not even a crappy one.

Personally, I've found markets to be good determiners of value. More and more gunsellers know to go to gunbroker.com and find out thefor saleand soldhistory on what ever they are selling, kinda like a blue book for guns.

Good Luck.

How is paying someone their asking price finding "someone to "take advantage of"? I've fond 2 375stoday that the asking price is $600 or less, I also found 2458s for under $800,now all I have to do is hope they still have them when Icallin the morning. You just have to work tofind what your looking for.Kinda makes you wonder whos taking advantageof whom.Whitworths are nice but come on $1200?????? I go buy a new sako forless than that.
