For Turkey hunting I would simply suggest you get a Past Mag Plus recoil shield for her shoulder.A Past Padwill give her the best protection possible, should not interfere with her shooting abilities, and requires no changes to your existing gun...

I put 48 rounds through my muzzleloaderplus 5 rounds through my 12ga rifled shotgun while shooting at the range this weekend. Thanks to myPastpadI felt absolutely no soreness the following day.
