Default Rem 700 Questions.....

The local Cabela's has the Rem 700 ADL Syn Varmint mat blued for $399 and the Rem 700 Light Varmint Stainless Fluted for $599. I really dont need another varmint rifle but what the hay. Looking a getting a couple of Adl's just for future projects. Are thse fair prices?
