Default Duratouch my stock?

I have a Browning A-Bolt SS. I'm looking to get the stock "duratouched". I have heard you can send your stock off and have this done, but I can't find anyone on the web for the life of me. Anyone know of some shops that can do this?

Is duratouch kind of like a spary on bed liner? If so I would consider having one of those guys do it. Just make sure that you tape it off yourself. I bet it would be much cheaper.

Do they just camo it? or does it have the "feel" or rubber armor softness of DuraTouch?

Awesome pics! Thx

Bell and Carlson is the only company offering a dura touch coating that I know of. THey call it MaxxGuard but it's the same thing that the Brownings and such come with from the factory.

I disassembled the gun to make it easier on them but yes it was all in the case, I shipped the gun out on Friday and had it back on Friday, and no I dont think it will come off if the barrel get real hot (of course mines a muzzleloader so there is alot of time between shots)

I have handled a Browning Gold in Dura touch and no it does not feel "rubbery" like that, it is smooth feeling except where there is checkering. From what I gathered it is almost like they somehow spray painted it on, but I do not know how they got the patterns so clear, you can even see and read clearly the words Mossy Oak Break-up in the pattern. I am sending out my 870 synthetic next to get the Realtree HD soon. I was afraid it would not be as nice as the Dura touch but I was wrong it seems very durable and looks sweet!!!

I think I'm going to send it off to Bell & Carlson. Talked to them and it sounds exactly what I'm looking for. $100, camo, MaxxGuard and shipping. Thanks for everyone's responses!
