I saw one at my gunsmith complete gun in rough shape and he was wanting 1000 dollars. I said forget it.

Since Winchester anounced their demise you and add at least 25-50 percent to what they were selling for before. If you find a good one for 650-800 and you think you have to have one, better grab it.
