Default Any info on this gun ?????

Hey, i am getting asavage model 110GXP3 270. I was wondering if any of u have any info on this gun.

13 yrs old.

Is that one of the current models or is a few years old?

I don't know any specifics except that 1. It's a savage...its accurate. and 2. the .270 is a fine caliber for anything doesn't want to hunt you back.

If its a current model it has the accutrigger, which is very nice. If its more than a few years old (before the accutriggers) the trigger is about the only thing on the gun that a person can find fault in. Some people don't like the cosmetics of the savages, let them buy the more expensive A-bolts.

im getting one too but in 308 instead. looking forward to it.i was stuck between this and the american classic. but i decided this was maybe a better deal beins im on a bit of a tight budget. talkin to a few locals that have them they shoot good and are accurate as heck.

I have a left-handed one in .30-06. Terrific rifle. Very accurate, and pleasant to shoot.
