Do you have any idea how much you would have to spend on the labor charges for a gunsmith to actually build a trigger system for a rifle? It would cost you more than the rifle cost.
Aside from that the R1 is essentially a gas operated SBE but in rifle form. The trigger assembly is basically the same and functions the same way. SSimilar to the way Remington uses the same trigger assemblies in their shotguns and thier pump and auto rifles.
You are not going to be able to get a no creep and super crisp trigger in the R1. A gunsmith will be able to remove some of the creep and make it smooth as silk but being the design that it is it must posess certain things in order to make it safe.
