Cooper rifles?
I'm thinking of simplifying things, selling 2 or 3 rifles, and buying something a little more special and more suited to the kind of hunting I do. I was thinking a Cooper chambered in 6.5-284 or maybe .308 Win would be nice. From the brief research I've done, it seems these rifles are quite accurate and so are the two cartridges.
Does anyone have any experience with Cooper rifles they'd like to share. I sure would appreciate it.

RE: Cooper rifles?
I got to hold a couple at the NRA Annual Meeting in Pittsburgh one year. They are beautiful rifles, with a price tag to match. I'd like one too, but would be afraid to take it in the field. I wouldn't want to ding it up.[&:]

RE: Cooper rifles?
I have shot a custom single shot Model 57-m in .22lr at the range. The gentleman that owns it puts hundreds of rounds through it a week. He consistently shoots25 shot groups into a dime at 50 yds. The accuracy is unbelievable. I should also mention he holds multiple national rifle and shotgun (clays) titles, is a professional gunsmith, and it is his favorite target rifle...
Here is the model 57-m
