Default how good are these scopes?

i know i hear every one say u get what u pay for but i was just corious about the new BSA® Illuminated Reticle Mil.-dot Scopes 4-16x . have any of you used them. would they hold up to a 308's recoil, hows the glass, and anything else you can say good or bad about these.

I would not buy one i had a 6x24 you couldnt see out of it in low light or on high power I couldnt say anything goodabout it I do have a bsa catseye 3x10x44 ill it works good on my 22lr.

I had a 6-25x50 catseye on my m70 300 win mag. always held the zero and it was tghe best low light scope I ever had. Didn't do much for me on the higher powers though. For the money it is a good scope.

Even though I started hunting in the stone age, I have never owned a BSA scope.

The very first BSA I owned the crosshairs broke the first day at the range. Sent it back and didn't have a problem with the second one. I won't say they are a great scope because they aren't I now have Leupolds on most all my rifles. I only own 1 BSA and it is a sweet 17 on a .17 HMR it works for that rifle.
